We deserve the right to decline your commission.

We do not send physical copy of your commission, you will only receive digital high-definition files.

We do not accept R-18 themes, please read our dos and dont’s.

All finished commissions will be sent through e-mail with .png and .psd attached.

Any commission work is to be posted as our portfolio unless requested otherwise (such as works with NDA agreements).

We will only accept transactions for clients who are by the age of 18 and able to pay with their own account. We will not issue an invoice to a different account other than the client’s unless discussed and agreed beforehand.

Estimated time of delivery after responding to the order would be up to 2-3 months.

Clients reserve the right to set a deadline for the commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.

We have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

Rush fees are at least + 25% of the total quote. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.

Estimated project start dates are on Trello. Dates provided are subject to change, details are to be discussed should the client have set dates.

We will only accept USD via Paypal and IDR via local bank transfer (BCA) for Indonesian citizens.

Payments are to be made upfront after our team has accepted and agreed upon the commission's briefs.

In account of commission which price exceeds or starts from 800 USD, clients are allowed to do down payment (DP) first instead of full payment.

If payment is not made in a timely manner (2 days) after we placed the Invoice, the commission will be canceled, unless further notice.

Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.

You are not authorized to issue chargeback for any reason.

Clients can issue a refund and cancellation if we take more than 5 months without progress on the commission.

Clients which have already been given a sketch cannot issue a refund.

We as the artist have rights to refund and do cancellation on the commission at any time. Cancellation by us will be given a refund of 50% of the initial payment, and the commissioner may keep the commission files sent.

We retain all copyright over our work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clients are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use our works without our permission. This includes recolors using different application such as VTube Studio.

In the case of character design, clients retain the rights to the character design.

For commission with character IP not belonging to the client which is beyond our knowledge, Pawpien Atelier does not hold responsible for DCMA claims due the use of said character.

Clients may resell the character design and/or Live2D model with a set price of 80% than our dealt agreement price. Example: from $700 you can only set the price to $560 and below.

We will not replicate other artist's design, art style, and artwork. For clients that request similarity to other people’s existing design, we will only take reference up to 50% of the design to avoid copyright issues.

All works by Pawpien Atelier are not allowed to be used in block-chain technology such as NFT or to be feed for artificial learning / AI training. Clients which violate this will be blacklisted.
